I did it! I am an official NaNoWriMo 2009 winner. And to be honest, it feels really, really good.

I’m still working on my NaNoWriMo novel this month. We just passed the halfway mark and I’m a little over 26k words. Not bad overall, but I haven’t been keeping up the daily average like I should. I’ve been forced to do a few three thousand word days just to try and keep up. But I’ll keep plugging away at it.

Tomorrow NaNoWriMo 2009 officially begins. 50,000 words in 30 days. Doable? I think so. Piece of cake? Most definitely not.
I’m hoping, at the very least, I’ll be able to reach the goal. Quality may have to be added in afterwards.
Wish me luck.

Nick’s started a site for his art. There’s some great stuff up there. More to come I’m sure.
In addition to the tasks on the previous To Do list, I’ve decided to compete in this year’s National Novel Writing Month. Just because I don’t have enough projects I’m working on.
I think 50,000 words in 30 days is doable. Provided I don’t waste all my words during my day job and come with nothing left to offer. In all honesty, I’m pretty excited about doing it.
